WELL, IT’S A BEAUTIFUL DAY ACROSS THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY, AND IT’S GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE ONE. AS WE HEAD INTO YOUR THURSDAY. GOOD AFTERNOON. WE’RE GOING TO BE NEAR 80 BY THE TIME WE GET TO TOMORROW. TODAY, A BIT COOLER, BUT STILL GOING TO BE A NICE DAY. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THAT’S OUR NEXT CHANCE FOR RAIN NOW. FRIDAY’S RAIN CHANCE. IT’S GOING TO BE OVERNIGHT, SO ALL DAY FRIDAY YOU’RE FINE. SATURDAY IT WILL BE IN THE MORNING. SO ANY PLANS YOU HAVE IN THE MORNING ON SATURDAY YOU WILL HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR THOSE RAINDROPS. AND AS WE GO INTO SUNDAY WE DRY THINGS OUT. IT WILL BE COOLER. BUT SINCE WE’VE BEEN SO MUCH ABOVE AVERAGE, COOLER MEANS WE’RE GOING TO BE NEAR AVERAGE AS WE HEAD TOWARDS THE END OF THE WEEKEND. HARRISBURG. RIGHT NOW YOU CAN GO OUTSIDE, GO TO THE PARK PLAYGROUND TODAY. WHY NOT? I MEAN, IT IS BEAUTIFUL OUT THERE. WE’RE SEEING A MIX OF SUN AND CLOUDS, ALTHOUGH THE CLOUDS ARE JUST HIGH CLOUDS HERE, 65, IN THE CITY RIGHT NOW. AND THOSE WINDS HAVE FINALLY CALMED DOWN. I KNOW A LOT OF YOU HAVE BEEN ASKING ABOUT THE WIND. WELL, WE’RE FINALLY GETTING A CALM DAY, SO ENJOY IT OUT THERE. 68, IN CARLISLE, AS WELL AS LANDISBURG, 70, ALREADY IN GETTYSBURG, 65 IN LANCASTER, 68 FOR EPHRATA, AS WELL AS LEWISTOWN, 65, IN SELINSGROVE. AS WE GO THROUGH THE DAY TODAY, TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO JUMP INTO THE 70S. 76 WILL BE THE HIGH THIS AFTERNOON. A WARM AND PLEASANT DAY IS AHEAD, AND THEN TONIGHT IT’LL BE MOSTLY CLEAR AND MILD. KEEP IN MIND OUR OVERNIGHT LOWS SHOULD BE IN THE 40S, AND WE’RE GOING TO BE IN THE LOW 50S TONIGHT. SO IT’S GOING TO BE ANOTHER PLEASANT NIGHT OUT THERE TOMORROW. ABUNDANT SUNSHINE AND WARMER. GETTING INTO THE LOW 80S FOR MOST, IF NOT THE ENTIRE AREA TOMORROW AS WE GO INTO YOUR THURSDAY AND STORM TEAM LIVE RADAR NETWORK SHOWING THAT WE JUST HAVE A LOT OF SUNSHINE HERE BECAUSE OF HIGH PRESSURE. YOU GOT THAT BIG BLUE H OVERHEAD. THAT’S WHAT’S GOING TO BRING US THE CALMER WINDS AS AS WELL AS THE SUNSHINE. SO WE WILL TAKE IT. SO ANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITY TODAY YOU CAN DO IT. WALK, RUN, GOLFING, BIKING, YARD WORK, ANYTHING IN BETWEEN. YOU CAN DO IT. IF YOU WANT TO GO OUTSIDE TODAY, IT’S GOING TO BE A FANTASTIC ONE TO DO SO. AND THEN TOMORROW, ANOTHER FANTASTIC DAY TO GET OUTSIDE IF YOU CAN, AND TAKE IN THE NICE WEATHER FOR YOUR THURSDAY. FRIDAY WE SEE THE CLOUDS INCREASE, BUT THE RAIN HOLDS OFF UNTIL LATER IN THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT HOURS. SO EVEN AS WE GO THROUGH THE AFTERNOON, IT IS DRY. AND THAT RAIN, LIKE I SAID, COMES IN DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS FOR YOUR FRIDAY. SO HERE’S YOUR BIKE RIDING FORECAST. THE NEXT THREE DAYS YOU GOT THE GREEN LIGHT NO MATTER WHAT. TODAY, TOMORROW AND FRIDAY WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 70S AND LOW 80S THROUGH THE REST OF THE WORKWEEK, LET’S TIME OUT. FRIDAY NIGHT’S RAIN. THIS IS 8:00. IT IS STILL TO THE WEST HERE IN PARTS OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. SO EVEN AT 8:00 WE ARE AT NIGHT. WE’RE STILL DRY AS WE HEAD INTO THE MIDNIGHT HOUR AND BEYOND. THAT IS WHEN WE’RE GOING TO START SEEING THOSE SHOWERS AND EVEN A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER IN THE AREA. SATURDAY MORNING WE WILL BE SEEING SOME SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE REGION, SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY OUTDOOR PLANS EARLY IN THE DAY. SATURDAY, SATURDAY AFTERNOON, PARTICULARLY LATER IN THE DAY, SATURDAY IS THE LATER YOU GO, THE BETTER AS WE WILL BE SEEING THINGS CLEAR UP AND MOVE ON OUT. HIGH PRESSURE REGAINS CONTROL FOR SUNDAY AND JUST LIKE TODAY, YOU GOT THAT BIG BLUE H OVERHEAD. SO IT’S GOING TO BE A LOT OF SUNSHINE HERE AS WE HEAD TOWARDS THE END OF THE WEEKEND. AND AS WE LOOK AT YOUR WEEKEND PLANNER, YOU CAN SEE THAT 72 ON SATURDAY WITH THOSE MORNING SHOWERS. AND YES, THERE COULD ALSO BE A RUMBLE OF THUNDER. BUT SUNDAY DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A BETTER DAY HERE BECAUSE WE JUST WON’T HAVE THE RAIN OVERHEAD FOR THE AREA. AND AS WE TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR TEN DAY FORECAST, WE WILL BE SEEING THE TEMPERATURES STAY ABOVE AVERAGE THROUGH NEXT WEEK AS WELL. SO FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON’T LIKE THE COLD WEATHER, WE ARE AT LEAST DONE WITH IT FOR THE NEXT TEN DAYS. WE’LL BE EVEN SEEING A FEW 80S NEXT WEEK, WITH ANOTHER CHANCE OF RAIN
